概述

本隐私政策说明在香港注册、运营 Gup 产品的 Eberything Limited（「我们」）在您使用我们的网站、控制台和聊天小部件时如何收集、使用和共享信息。当我们代表您处理终端客户数据时（例如通过 Shopify Actions），我们作为处理者，您仍为控制者——另见我们的数据处理附录。

我们收集的信息

我们收集您提供的帐户信息（例如电子邮件地址）、仪表板中的使用数据以及您用于培训代理的内容（例如文档和支持对话）。

数据存储与处理位置

对话、账户与知识库的主要数据存储在数据库提供商（Supabase）的新加坡（Southeast Asia / AWS ap-southeast-1）。AI 聊天补全与嵌入在 Google Vertex AI 的 asia-southeast1（新加坡）处理。仪表板应用托管于 Vercel，请求处理与边缘分发可能发生在多个区域。邮件投递等其他子处理者可能为提供服务而在新加坡以外进行有限处理——详见 DPA。

AI 提供商与模型训练

聊天补全与嵌入在 Google Vertex AI 上运行。根据 Google Cloud 服务特定条款（Training Restriction），Google 未经事先许可不会将 Vertex AI 上的提示词或模型输出用于训练或微调其 AI/ML 模型。Gup 也不会将客户或终端用户的对话内容用于训练基础模型。另外，若您使用 Learnings，团队可审核转接并将问答发布到自有代理知识库——这由您控制，不会用于训练 Google 的模型。

Integrations and end-customer data (including Shopify)

If you connect Shopify (or similar systems), Gup may access the data you authorize via OAuth for the capabilities you select — typically order and fulfillment details (after the visitor proves ownership with order number + checkout email), and/or product catalog data (titles, variants, prices, and coarse availability) for recommendations. We do not sell this data, use it for advertising, or use it outside providing the service to you. Access tokens are stored encrypted; Action runs may be logged in redacted form for security and audit. You are responsible for providing any notices and obtaining any consents required for your shoppers under applicable law.

数据保留

只要您的帐户处于活动状态，或者根据提供服务的需要，我们就会保留帐户和对话数据。
