概述

本隱私權政策說明在香港註冊、營運 Gup 產品的 Eberything Limited（「我們」）在您使用我們的網站、控制台和聊天小工具時如何收集、使用和分享資訊。當我們代表您處理終端客戶資料時（例如透過 Shopify Actions），我們作為處理者，您仍為控管者——另見我們的資料處理附錄。

我們收集的資訊

我們收集您提供的帳戶資訊（例如電子郵件地址）、儀表板中的使用資料以及您用於培訓代理商的內容（例如文件和支援對話）。

資料儲存與處理位置

對話、帳戶與知識庫的主要資料儲存在資料庫提供者（Supabase）的新加坡（Southeast Asia / AWS ap-southeast-1）。AI 聊天補全與嵌入在 Google Vertex AI 的 asia-southeast1（新加坡）處理。儀表板應用託管於 Vercel，請求處理與邊緣分發可能發生在多個區域。郵件投遞等其他子處理者可能為提供服務而在新加坡以外進行有限處理——詳見 DPA。

AI 提供者與模型訓練

聊天補全與嵌入在 Google Vertex AI 上執行。根據 Google Cloud 服務特定條款（Training Restriction），Google 未經事先許可不會將 Vertex AI 上的提示詞或模型輸出用於訓練或微調其 AI/ML 模型。Gup 也不會將客戶或終端使用者的對話內容用於訓練基礎模型。另外，若您使用 Learnings，團隊可審核轉接並將問答發佈到自有代理知識庫——這由您控制，不會用於訓練 Google 的模型。

Integrations and end-customer data (including Shopify)

If you connect Shopify (or similar systems), Gup may access the data you authorize via OAuth for the capabilities you select — typically order and fulfillment details (after the visitor proves ownership with order number + checkout email), and/or product catalog data (titles, variants, prices, and coarse availability) for recommendations. We do not sell this data, use it for advertising, or use it outside providing the service to you. Access tokens are stored encrypted; Action runs may be logged in redacted form for security and audit. You are responsible for providing any notices and obtaining any consents required for your shoppers under applicable law.

資料保留

只要您的帳戶處於活動狀態，或根據提供服務的需要，我們就會保留帳戶和對話資料。
