Clearpath FAQs

15 answers for common b2b / sales-led questions. Open chat if you need something that isn’t listed here.

  1. What is Clearpath?

Clearpath gives regional freight operators a single timeline of carrier events across lanes — so ops and customers see the same status without spreadsheet archaeology.

  2. Who is Clearpath for?

Mid-market freight forwarders and regional 3PLs moving 500+ shipments per month across SEA lanes. We are a poor fit for single-truck owner-operators or pure courier last-mile apps.

  3. What’s the difference between Pro and Enterprise?

Pro includes up to 5 operator seats, standard carrier connectors, email support, and 12 months of event history. Enterprise adds SSO, custom SLAs, dedicated CSM, unlimited seats, and warehouse/API onboarding help.

  4. How long is a typical pilot?

Most pilots run 30 days on 1–2 active lanes with a weekly check-in. Success means ≥90% of pilot shipments show a complete event timeline without manual CSV uploads.

  5. Do you integrate with my WMS?

We offer REST webhooks and flat-file drops for common WMS exports. Native connectors exist for CargoWise and a handful of regional WMS tools on Enterprise. Share your WMS name in chat and we’ll confirm fit.

  6. Which carriers do you support?

Pro includes major regional ocean and air consolidators plus common courier status webhooks. Long-tail carriers can be added on Enterprise with a scoping call.

  7. How is pricing structured?

Annual subscription based on tracked shipments per month, not per login. Pro starts with a published band; Enterprise is quoted. Chat can outline bands but cannot issue a custom quote — ask for a human AE for that.

  8. Can someone walk me through a demo?

Yes. Share your company name, monthly shipment volume, and primary lanes. Chat will qualify fit and offer calendar links for a 30-minute pilot walkthrough with an AE.

  9. Where is data hosted?

Primary hosting is in Singapore (ap-southeast-1). Enterprise customers can request a data processing addendum and subprocessors list under NDA.

  10. Do you support SSO?

SSO (SAML) is available on Enterprise. Pro uses email magic-link and Google Workspace login.

  11. What’s your uptime SLA?

Pro targets 99.5% monthly uptime without a contractual credit. Enterprise contracts include 99.9% with service credits defined in the order form.

  12. How do you compare to building in-house?

In-house timelines for multi-carrier normalization usually run 6–12 months. Clearpath customers typically go live on the first lane in under 3 weeks. We don’t claim to replace your TMS — we sit beside it for visibility.

  13. Do you offer a sandbox?

Yes on Pro and Enterprise after NDA. Sandbox carriers are synthetic plus one read-only production mirror lane for pilots.

  14. Can procurement get security documents?

We provide SOC 2 Type II summary, pen-test letter, and subprocessors on request for serious evaluations. Ask in chat to escalate to a human with your company domain.

  15. When should I talk to a human?

Ask for a human for custom pricing, MSA/redlines, security questionnaires, or pilots over 5,000 shipments/month. Product fit and plan comparison are usually handled in chat first.
