Where does Nest & Grain ship from?
Furniture and large parcels ship from our Johor warehouse. Small goods (textiles, ceramics) ship from Singapore. Lead times are shown on each product page.
How long does delivery take to Jakarta?
In-stock small goods: 5–8 business days. Furniture: 3–5 weeks including sea freight and local delivery booking. You’ll get a delivery window SMS from our partner before the final mile.
Do you deliver to condominiums with lift booking?
Yes in Singapore and selected MY cities. Tell us your building’s booking rules in chat after purchase — we’ll note them on the delivery job. Failed deliveries due to missing bookings may incur a rebooking fee.
Do you assemble the oak shelf?
The modular oak shelf includes illustrated instructions and wall anchors. White-glove assembly is available in Singapore for SGD 80 per shelf unit at checkout. Outside SG, assembly is DIY or local handyman.
What’s the wood finish on the side table?
Solid oak with a matte hardwax oil in Natural or Smoke. It’s repairable with oak touch-up wax. Avoid silicone polishes — they build residue on hardwax oil.
Can I change my delivery address?
If the order hasn’t been handed to the carrier, yes — message us with the new address. After pickup, address changes aren’t guaranteed and may require refusing delivery and reordering.
What is your damage policy?
Photograph any transit damage before assembly and contact us within 48 hours. We’ll ship replacement parts or arrange pickup. Minor finish variance in solid wood is normal and not considered damage.
Do you offer white-glove delivery?
White-glove (room of choice + packaging removal) is available in Singapore for furniture over SGD 500. Select it at checkout. It does not include wall mounting unless you also add assembly.
How do I care for linen bedding?
Wash cold with mild detergent, line dry or tumble low, and skip fabric softener. Linen softens with every wash and may shrink about 2–3% on the first wash — we pre-wash our sets.
What are the dimensions of the compact desk?
The Compact Desk is 110cm wide × 55cm deep × 75cm high. It ships flat-pack and fits most elevators with a 80cm door when boxed. Full dimension drawings are on the product page.
Do you ship to the Philippines?
Yes for small goods. Furniture to PH is available only for Metro Manila on a quoted lead time (usually 4–6 weeks). Chat can confirm whether your SKU is furniture-freight eligible.
Can I cancel an order?
Made-to-order and cut-timber pieces can’t be cancelled once production starts (usually 48 hours after order). In-stock small goods can be cancelled before fulfillment — ask in chat ASAP.
Do you price-match?
No. We don’t price-match marketplaces. Authorized stockists are listed on our site; grey-market sellers aren’t covered by our delivery or damage policy.
How do I track my furniture shipment?
You’ll receive a milestone email when the order leaves the warehouse and again when local delivery is booked. For small-goods parcels, use the courier link in your shipping email or ask chat with your order number.
When should I talk to a human?
Ask for a human for missing parts, elevator booking failures, freight quotes, or cancellations on made-to-order items. Care, dimensions, and standard lead times are usually answered in chat.
